Qualifications

In the summer of 2024 at ICASSI in Germany, I engaged in Dr. Bilge Uzun’s experiential, hands-on course Psychodrama and The Family Constellation that taught me how to use psychodrama to support clients in healing around their families (past and present).

In the summer of 2024 at ICASSI in Germany, I engaged in Dr. Jon Sperry’s Adlerian Case Conceptualization class that taught me how to adeptly conceive of and plan out each client’s unique case all the way from the presenting problem through the treatment and solution.

In the summer of 2024 at ICASSI in Germany, I engaged in Jim Holder’s thoughtful class Breaking Addictive Patterns aimed towards empowering clients who have faced any sort of addiction to break free.

In the summer of 2023 at ICASSI in Ireland, I completed expert Joyce Callus’s intensive course Parenting: There Must Be Another Way about optimal parenting and guidance of children in counseling, education and beyond.

In the summer of 2023 at ICASSI in Ireland, I completed Dr. Calvin Amerding’s Cooperation In Families and Systems course geared toward assisting clients to restructure their families, friendships, work relationships and beyond to be more harmonious and productive.

In the summer of 2023 at ICASSI in Ireland, I participated in instructor Hallie William’s intensive class about applying social justice considerations and sensitivity in counseling
and beyond.

In the summer of 2023 at ICASSI in Ireland, I attended Dr. Marina Bluvshtein’s powerful class about further applying metaphors in a psychotherapy context and beyond.

In the summer of 2022 at ICASSI in the Netherlands, I participated in educator Yoav Shoham’s intensive course Encouragement: Overcoming Stressful Situations and
learned how to effectively encourage, support and calm people including clients facing stressful situations.

In the summer of 2022 at ICASSI in the Netherlands, I attended Dr. Marina Bluvshtein’s Using Metaphors in Transforming Traumatic Experience enlightening course and gained skills in utilizing metaphors to assist clients who have faced trauma in the transformation of that trauma into something useful.
